What happens if my flight is late?
Send us your flight number when you book. We include up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing, so a short delay costs you nothing.
Can you bring child seats?
Yes. Tell us each child’s age when you book and we’ll fit the right seat before pickup. South African law requires young children to travel in a suitable child restraint.
How much luggage fits?
The vehicle seats up to 7 guests with room for a family’s suitcases, prams and car seats. Travelling with golf bags or surfboards? Mention it and we’ll confirm the space.
Is the price per person?
No. You pay one price for the vehicle, so a family of five pays the same as a couple.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 7 days before travel. We accept EFT and secure card-payment links.
