A sample incentive day

Morning pickup from your hotel, a private tasting and lunch at a Stellenbosch wine estate, a scenic drive back over Helshoogte Pass to Franschhoek, and a sunset return to the city. Your group travels together with the same driver all day.

Good to know

Can you meet delegates at the airport?

Yes. Send us flight numbers and we time each pickup to the landing. Up to 60 minutes of waiting is included.

How far are the Winelands from the CTICC?

Stellenbosch is about 45 minutes to an hour from the city centre, depending on traffic. Franschhoek is about an hour and a quarter.

Can you handle large conferences?

Each vehicle carries up to 7 guests. For larger groups we add vehicles through trusted partners, coordinated by one contact person.

What if the programme changes on the day?

Book chauffeur hire by the hour and your driver adapts to the schedule. Changes are easiest when you message your driver directly.

Do you invoice the company?

Yes. We send a company invoice. A 50% deposit confirms the booking and we accept EFT and secure card-payment links.
