These terms apply to all tours, transfers and chauffeur services booked with Cape Travel Collection (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/293675/07). By confirming a booking, you agree to them.
Quotes and prices
- Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and are per vehicle unless stated otherwise.
- One vehicle carries up to 7 guests. Larger groups need additional vehicles, quoted separately.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days. Entry fees, tastings, meals and activities are not included unless your quote says so.
Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit.
- The balance is due 7 days before your trip. Bookings made within 7 days of travel are paid in full at booking.
- We accept EFT and secure card-payment links.
Cancellations by you
- More than 7 days before travel: full refund, less bank charges.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before travel: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before travel, or a no-show: no refund.
Changes and cancellations by us
Weather, road closures or safety concerns may mean we change the route or timing on the day; your driver-guide will always offer the best alternative. If we have to cancel, you choose between a new date or a full refund.
Airport pickups
Please send your flight number. We include up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing. Longer waits may be charged.
Children and child seats
Child seats must be requested when you book, with each child’s age. South African law requires young children to travel in a suitable child restraint, and we will not travel without one.
Stays and activities
Accommodation and activities we recommend are booked and paid directly with those partners, under their own terms. We are responsible for the transport and planning we provide.
On board
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Damage beyond normal use, including excessive cleaning, may be charged.
Insurance and liability
We carry R10 million passenger liability cover. We recommend you also take out personal travel insurance. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or road closures, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Questions: info@capetravelcollection.com.
